It is located on the north-eastern side of Yas Island, along the East Canal below Yas Riva and Yas Riva Residences. To the west, it is bordered by Sama Yas and Yas Park. The Yas Canal side is also home to the newly launched new project Yas Living, which was launched on 8 October 2025.
