- Free of charge to Landlord
- Leasing Fee of 5% of the annual gross rent is payable by the Tenant
Property Management Standard Services
- Management Fee of 2.5% of the annual gross rent is payable by the Landlord
Property Management Advanced Services
- Management Fee of 2.5% - 8% of annual gross rent is payable by the Landlord depending on the services selected and the size, type and location of the Property (or portfolio)
