Our standard Fees & Charges are as follows:

Property Consultation and Review

Property Leasing Services

  • Free of charge to Landlord
  • Leasing Fee of 5% of the annual gross rent is payable by the Tenant

Property Management Standard Services

  • Management Fee of 2.5% of the annual gross rent is payable by the Landlord

Property Management Advanced Services

  • Management Fee of 2.5% - 8% of annual gross rent is payable by the Landlord depending on the services selected and the size, type and location of the Property (or portfolio)
  • All 3rd party costs payable by Landlord

Interior Furnishing
